Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins until tender; cool.
    Coarsely grate potatoes.
    In a small saucepan over low heat, almost melt butter or margarine and cheese.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes, stirring lightly.
    Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
