Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can black beans or dried, cooked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. picante sauce
2 Tbsp. no oil Italian dressing
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and chill.
This can also be heated in the microwave as a quick soup or put into soft taco shells with fixings.
