1 cup of milk
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of yellow corn meal
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 lb. of ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2/3 cups of chopped onion
