Fudge Nut Layer Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    2/3 c. or 5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, cream cheese and evaporated milk.
    Stir over low heat until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
