Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    3 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
    4 or 5 carrots, diced
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 onions, quartered
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Place unbrowned meat and vegetables in casserole.
    Pour tomato soup and water over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    Serves 6.
