Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 small can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (19 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter and cocoa together.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar and eggs; mix well.
Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream on warm cake; cover with Chocolate Frosting.
