Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 c. cornmeal mix
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. corn oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 chopped jalapeno peppers
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation
