Cheese Butter Dips (Biscuits) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. self-rising flour
enough milk to make soft dough
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Mix grated cheese with flour and then stir in milk until dough is the consistency of biscuit dough.
Roll out dough on floured board or cloth, then cut into biscuits.
Place biscuits in melted margarine, turning once to coat well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown.
