Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
    3 or 4 jalapeno peppers or to taste
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender; blend to desired consistency.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 5 cups of salsa.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for a week.
