Creamed Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine, cut into pieces
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix flour, cornmeal and all dry ingredients together.
Cut in butter with pastry blender.
In large measuring cup, mix buttermilk, egg and corn.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Put into prepared muffin cups.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
