Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. rice, cooked
3/4 c. mayo
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. water chestnuts, drained and slivered
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except butter, almonds and noodles.
Put in 2-quart casserole.
Melt butter; add almonds and noodles and sprinkle on top.
Bake 35 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
