Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
    1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cut up turkey or chicken
Preparation
    Rinse peas and carrots under cold water and drain.
    Melt margarine in a 2-quart saucepan and stir in the flour, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in meat and vegetables. Remove from heat.
