Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins
    4 tsp. maple sugar
    4 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix mandarin sections with sugar and almonds, chill thoroughly.
    Serve as side dish for ham, pork or curry, or as a topping for waffles, pancakes or ice cream.
