Ham Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham bone
    2 carrots
    2 potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Place ham in enough water to cover it.
    Bring to boil; skim top.
    Lower heat to simmer.
    Add carrots, potatoes, celery and onion; simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove 2 cups broth and cool. Add sour cream to cooled broth and pour back into soup.
    Add rice. Cover for about 2 minutes.
    Serve.
