Virginia Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of hot sauce
    1 to 2 c. cooked chicken, in bite size pieces
    4 dashes soy sauce
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    6 slices toast
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add milk; stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Add salt, pepper, onion, hot sauce, parsley and chicken.
    Cook until chicken is thoroughly heated.
    Stir in soy sauce.
    Spoon over toast slices.
    Serves 6.
