Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour (then sift flour 4 times)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff, but not dry.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Add vanilla, then fold in flour as gently as possible.
    Bake in angel food pan at 325\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until top is nicely browned.
