Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    2 c. instant cooked rice
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion, pepper and ground turkey until brown.
    Add rice, picante sauce and enchilada sauce mix.
    Stir well.
    Pour in a pan that's 8 x 8-inch.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Add Cheddar cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
    (Can use ground chuck.)
