Whipped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. or more sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes until tender.
Drain and mash well. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together, add to potatoes, blending well.
Add more sour cream and a little milk if potatoes are too stiff.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole and season and brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and put it in refrigerator, covered, until ready to use.
Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0, uncovered.
Serves 12 generously.
