Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. strawberry jam
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Make a well in center.
    Combine eggs, oil and buttermilk; pour all at once into well.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not over mix; fold in jam.
    Bake in well-greased muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
