Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 flat 12 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    2 cartons sour cream
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
