Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
    vegetable oil
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce canned tomato sauce
    tortillas
    grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped tomatoes
    chopped onions
    shredded lettuce
    taco sauce
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, cook onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons of oil until soft.
    Add beef.
    Cook, stirring until lightly browned and crumbly.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add seasonings.
    Moisten with a little tomato sauce.
    Heat until flavors are blended.
    Keep hot. Cook tortillas.
    Fill tortillas with meat, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
    Top with taco sauce and sour cream.
