Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ears tender fresh cut corn
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk, or enough to make batter soft
Preparation

Mix all
together,
fry fritters in small amount of hot oil. Use 1 tablespoon batter for each fritter.
Brown on both sides, drain on paper towel.
