Stretch-A-Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Rice or Corn Chex cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
    2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir lightly.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
