Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can pineapple chunks (save syrup)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients and shape into balls.
    Brown in 1 tablespoon shortening and cook thoroughly.
    Remove from frypan and drain fat.
    Mix together soup, vinegar and soy sauce. Add cornstarch and sugar.
    Pour into frypan.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly for 1 minute.
    Add meatballs, pineapple and pepper.
    Heat through.
    Serve with rice or Rice-A-Roni.
