Spiced Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    3 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Combine eggs, syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well.
    Blend spices with melted butter; add to egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Combine pecans with flour; stir into egg mixture.
    Turn into pastry shells.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Makes 3 (9-inch) pies.
