Saucy Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Grease muffin tins.
    Spoon mixture in and bake.
    Use undiluted cream of chicken soup or cheese sauce.
