Hot Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 thin slices white bread
    3 oz. Blue cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    20 spears, cooked and canned asparagus
    1/2 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and flatten slices slightly with a rolling pin.
    Blend cheeses and egg to workable consistency and spread on each slice of bread.
    Roll one asparagus spear in each slice of bread.
    Use toothpicks to fasten edges.
    Dip in butter to coat thoroughly.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Cut each rolled slice into three pieces and store frozen.
    When ready to serve, bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned, using a jelly roll pan.
