Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 to 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 soup can milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Saute celery, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender, but not brown.
Blend soup and milk and add to mixture.
Add cheese, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until cheese melts. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
Combine with cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serves 6 persons.
