Fiesta Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
    1 c. bottled salsa
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. snipped cilantro
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Grill, bone side up, over medium heat on outdoor grill for 20 minutes.
    Combine salsa and lime juice; turn chicken and grill for 15 to 25 minutes more, brushing with 1/2 cup salsa mixture.
