Hot Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 1/3 c. white Karo syrup
red food coloring and cinnamon flavoring
Preparation

Cook at medium to high heat until hard cracked stage (300\u00b0) approximately 35 minutes.
Take off heat.
Add red food coloring. Add one bottle of cinnamon flavoring (.25 ounce).
If wanted hotter flavor, add more cinnamon.
Pour on greased or buttered cookie sheet until hard.
Crack and eat!
To harden faster, refrigerate.
