Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 peeled, sliced peaches
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook peaches in water until tender.
    Mix 2 tablespoons of flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
    Add to peaches.
    Add melted butter.
