Sweet Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except the peanut butter, into a dough. (Add a little extra powdered sugar to stiffen the dough if needed.) Roll out the dough 1/4-inch thick onto a floured surface. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the rolled out dough. Start at 1 end and roll it over like a jelly roll. Cut into slices approximately 1/2-inch wide. Let set until slices are firm.
