Ingredients

2 1/4 c. grated raw potatoes
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
2 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine and stir in mixing bowl the potatoes, bread crumbs, egg yolks and salt.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot fat or on hot griddle.
Brown and turn.
