Kugli(Lithuanian Potato) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 potatoes
    1 small onion, grated
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 c. canned milk
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. chopped bacon (reserve 4 slices for top)
Preparation
    Fry bacon, drain and set aside.
    Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Add bacon.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (well-greased).
    Put bacon slices on top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until brown and set at 350\u00b0.
