Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. Crisco or butter
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 lb. pork sausage
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Roll dough out very thin. Spread sausage evenly on dough.
    Roll up as for jelly roll.
    Cut in slices.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
