Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan. Line bottom with greased brown paper or foil.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs in small mixer bowl until very thick and lemon colored.
    Pour beaten eggs into large bowl.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Blend in on low speed water and vanilla.
    Mix in dry ingredients until batter is smooth.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Turn onto cloth sprinkled with 10x sugar.
    Roll up quickly.
    Cool, unroll, spread with jelly, then roll up again.
