Barbecued Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion, pour off fat and add rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serve on a small hamburger bun.
    Yield: 6 servings.
    Carbohydrate 5 g, protein 15 g, fat 11 g, calories 179.
    One serving = 2 meat medium fat exchange, 2 fruit exchange, 1 hamburger bun = 2 bread starch exchange.
