Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs. Sift together and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Roll into balls size of small walnuts. Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in 400 oven until lightly browned but still soft.
