Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. dried beef
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Accent
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Shred beef (reserve 1/2 cup).
    Mix all other ingredients. Shape into 2 large or 4 small balls.
    Roll in reserved beef. Serve at room temperature.
    (Makes great gifts.) Freezes well.
