Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 can sliced carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, half of Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, carrots, salt, oregano and pepper.
