Oatmeal All-Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. All-Bran
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Pour 3 cups boiling water over all (not the yeast); stir and let stand until lukewarm.
    Add dry yeast and enough white flour to make a stiff dough.
    Let rise until double; knead down and let rise again.
    Place in two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
