Persimmon Pudding And Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Pour in milk; mix well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Add persimmon pulp last.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased baking dish, cover and set in pan of water.
    Bake 70 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with Lemon Sauce, hot or cold.
