Colbert Place Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, cooked and deboned (reserve broth)
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 large can ripe olives, chopped
1 small jar pimento
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. spaghetti or wide noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed and melted
Preparation

Saute celery, bell pepper and onions in butter.
Boil spaghetti in reserved broth.
Drain, reserving broth again.
Mix remaining ingredients with spaghetti.
If mixture is too thick, add some chicken broth.
Bake in large casserole dish approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with Cheddar cheese (grated), if desired. Yield:
12 servings.
