Auntie Nancy'S Cheesy Corn Chowder(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan.
    Saute onion and celery for about 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes, milk, corn and seasonings.
    (I add extra frozen corn.)
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Makes 7 cups.
