Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. minced onions
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, egg, onions and salt.
Add ground beef, mixing lightly.
Gradually add about half of the tomato sauce just to hold the mixture together.
Mix together lightly, but well. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish.
Pour the rest of the tomato sauce on top of your loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until meat loaf is browned.
