Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans (10 oz.) Ro-Tel with green chilies
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage
Preparation
    Cut cheese into cubes; melt and add Ro-Tel.
    Brown and drain ground beef or sausage.
    Add to cheese and Ro-Tel.
    Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers or corn chips.
