Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small box of flavored stuffing mix
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 medium/large zucchini, sliced
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a pan.
    Add stuffing mix.
    Set aside a few tablespoons of this mixture.
    In a separate bowl, mix the soup and sour cream.
    In an 8x8 inch pan, put a layer of the stuffing mix, then a layer of the soup mixture, then a layer of sliced zucchini and carrots.
    Repeat layers, ending with the soup mixture. Sprinkle the reserved stuffing (or use bread crumbs) on top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 45 minutes.
