Fran'S Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. Ground Meat, Beef, Pork, Sausage
Bunch of Celery (diced)
6 Peppers (mixed and diced)
1/4 c. Italian Seasoning
1 c. Thyme (fresh) or 1/4 c. (dried)
1 c. Oregano (fresh) or 1/4 c. (dried)
2 c. Parsley (fresh) or 1 c. (dried)
10 Cloves of Garlic (fresh & diced)
1/2 bushel of Tomatoes (fresh, skin off, diced)
4 Small Cans Tomato Paste or 1 qt. Can
1 c. Real Butter
4 Tbsp. Salt
1 qt. Mushrooms (fresh if desired)
8 Onions (diced)
1 c. Fresh Basil (cut)
12 Bay Leaves (dried)
1 c. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
Preparation

Put Olive Oil and Butter in Skillet
and heat.
