Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) margarine
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat milk, Velveeta and margarine until melted. Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Spread partially thawed potatoes in dish.
    Pour milk, Velveeta and margarine mixture over potatoes. Cover and set overnight in refrigerator.
    Do not stir.
    Before baking, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
