Jalapeno Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked, drained black-eyed peas
    1 (4 oz.) jar green chilies
    1 (3 oz.) jar sliced, drained jalapeno peppers (reserve 1 Tbsp. juice)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves peeled garlic
    1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
    2 small jars Old English cheese spread
Preparation
    Place chilies, jalapenos, 1 tablespoon jalapeno juice, onion and garlic cloves in blender.
    Puree.
    Place this mixture into a large saucepan.
